Coming Up: The games of December include Midnight Suns, The Callisto Protocol, Need for Speed and more

Learn the secrets of Black Iron Prison in the latest look at The Callisto Protocol

It is December, isn’t it? It’s a little hard to tell, since the amount of big games launching this coming month almost makes it feel like a November-redux.

Open the gates!

Well, this is a nice little surprise. Or, I guess it’s not really a surprise, if you’ve been paying attention to the release calendar. Nevertheless, it’s pretty cool that there are a bunch of massive games launching to close out 2022. That’s not something that you usually see, as typically the bigger titles roll out in September-November.

As for what’s coming up, there are some real gems, including the new horror title The Callisto Protocol. If you loved Dead Space, this is one to check out, since it involves some of the same creative minds.

Then there’s NFS Unbound, a racer that almost seems is stealth-launching. I haven’t seen much about it, and that’s weird enough, given the Need for Speed branding. Oh, and don’t forget the turn-based Marvel Comics strategy title Midnight Suns. That one got delayed to December, and is looking great.

Want more? How about Crisis Core? Maybe Hello Neighbor 2? Dragon Quest Treasures? The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition?! …see what I mean?
