The Oathsworn Eye can now be obtained in Genshin Impact. This is a catalyst weapon that, as far as we can tell, is only available during the Three Realms Gateway Offering event. Here’s our Genshin Impact guide to help you acquire the Oathsworn Eye, as well as to see whether it’s good or not.

Genshin Impact guide – How to get the Oathsworn Eye during the Three Realms Gateway Offering event
Obtaining the Oathsworn Eye in Genshin Impact is relatively simple. Make sure you can access the Three Realms Gateway Offering event, and progress further until you reach the Statue of the Vassals. After Tsumi hands you the Bokuso Box gadget, you should be able to interact with the statue. Check the Offering Rewards tab to see that the Oathsworn Eye is obtainable once the Bokuso Box reaches level 4.
To get to that point, we’ll need to collect a bunch of Light Realm Sigils, as each level requires 80x of this currency. You should have enough at the start to hit level 1, so that’s fine. For the remaining 240x sigils, well, we’re going to be farming and exploring.
We’ll primarily find Light Realm Sigils in Genshin Impact by opening chests. These are the ones that are unlocked after defeating the surrounding enemies, those that are spawned after you follow a Seelie, and ones that appear after solving a puzzle. Naturally, the quality of the treasure chest is factored in. For instance, common chests only grant 5x sigils, whereas exquisite chests give you 20x sigils. The most valuable are the luxurious chests, which also grant the Light Realm Cores for Bokuso Arts. These provide 25x sigils.
Note: Apart from chests, challenge markers and tower quests also give 10x and 20x sigils respectively.
Once you’ve reached level 4 on your Bokuso Box, you should be able to claim the Oathsworn Eye catalyst in Genshin Impact. But, is it actually good?
Here’s the thing, the Oathsworn Eye has a very straightforward effect. It simply adds 24% energy recharge when a character uses their elemental skill. Originally, I thought this would be great for Yae Miko, considering that she can spam her skill charges. Sadly, the effect doesn’t stack. So, if I have 114% energy recharge on Miko, I’d only have 138% after plopping down all three Sesshou Sakura. Still, it’s really up to you if you like it (it’s good if you want a purely free-to-play option).
Note 1: The Oathsworn Eye’s refinement material, the Ointment of Sight, is awarded when the statue/Bokuso Box reaches levels 5, 9, 10, and 14.
Note 2: It appears that there’s no blueprint yet for the Oathsworn Eye. Try not to use it as infusion fodder accidentally.
