Medusa rises up to take control of what’s left of the Inhumans post-Thanos and try to rebuild the kingdom without a king.
Her throne is ashes. Her husband—presumed dead. Now, faced with a kingdom teetering on the brink of chaos, Medusa must take a stand in INHUMANITY #2! From superstar writer Matt Fraction and critically-acclaimed artist Nick Bradshaw (Wolverine & The X-Men) comes the next enthralling chapter in Marvel’s Inhumanity saga. With a populace of Inhumans doubling by the day, the crown has never weighed more heavily for their queen. As the entire Marvel Universe shifts its gaze on the Inhuman Queen, will she endure the ever-mounting pressure—or succumb into INHUMANITY? The road to INHUMAN continues this January as the Marvel Universe faces its strange status quo in INHUMANITY #2 !
Without Black Bolt (who I’m betting is still out there somewhere), reforging the Inhumans in any way is going to be a massive challenge for the woman with the prehensile hair. And it really is the entirety of the Marvel Universe that’s focused on what’s traditionally been one of the most secretive groups in the comic universe’s pantheon.
I don’t think the Inhumans have ever been as ‘in the spotlight’ as they are now after Thanos and the events of Infinity and the Inhumanity bomb, but it kind of suits them. I’ve said before and I still think that the future is going to prove very interesting indeed since you basically now have another ‘faction’ running around. You’ve got humans, super-humans, mutants- and now Inhumans; it could be that there’s some very cool stuff coming down the road with some very big implications for the characters of the Marvel U.
Find out what happens as the story continues to evolve in Inhumanity #2, landing on shelves and digital platforms on January 29th from the team of Matt Fraction and Nick Bradshaw.
