The upcoming remake of the PC classic Rise of the Triad isn’t just about looks as the game will have a completely redone soundtrack as well.
The game’s original composer Lee Jackson is on in an advisory role to developer Interceptor Entertainment. He knows what he’s talking about too as the music they’re working with is the original soundtrack from the ’90s version of the game that the new version is based on.
Also very cool is that Jackson and Andrew Hulshult joined the developer podcast to talk about music in games and how it’s changed over the years.
