The Sisters of Battle have finally made their way to Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor

Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor – Martyr bringing a new class to new-gen

NeocoreGames’ Warhammer 40K action RPG has seen no shortage of support over its lifespan, and now it’s expanded again with the Sororitas.

Make that 5 playable classes

There’s already a lot to like about Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor – Martyr. NeocoreGames’ aRPG was the first to feature the classic Games Workshop tabletop franchise, and since its launch for the PC in 2018, it’s expanded quite a bit.

NCG has added what’s basically a whole new game with the standalone expansion pack that is Prophecy, as well as more playable classes. For a while now too, the company has been keeping fans waiting on one more piece of content with the Adepta Sororitas.

If you’ve been looking forward to making another run-through the game’s quest with a fresh Inquisitor, now’s your time. That’s because the Sisters of Battle have finally landed.

According to NeocoreGames, this isn’t just a ‘character pack’ either, as the DLC adds in a decent amount of content. That includes:

  • A new playable class: An Inquisitor with an Adepta Sororitas background – including three new subclasses
  • New game mechanics: Embodied Saint form, Act of Faiths empowerment
  • New items and item types: Flamers, Blessed Blades, Power Mauls, Power Halberds and more
  • New passive skills
  • New perks
  • New enchantments
  • New achievements

But while the Sister has arrived for the PC version of Inquisitor – Martyr, the console versions are another story. There’s no official word yet on when those might come along, with a release date of “soon”.

There’s more to get pumped about too, as there will be even more seasonal content coming for the game, so stay tuned.
